Privacy Policy

How we collect, store, and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

1. Who We Are

MBSOPS ("we", "us", "our") is a digital studio based in France that designs and builds websites, web applications, and digital products. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website www.mbsops.cloud and our services.

Data controller: MBSOPS, France. Contact: hello@mbsops.cloud.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data we need to run the website and respond to inquiries:

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily (name, email, phone, company, message) when you reach out via email, WhatsApp, or any contact form.
  • Technical data automatically collected by your browser (IP address, device type, browser version, referring URL, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — only when you explicitly accept them through our consent banner.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your messages, quotes, and project requests.
  • Delivering the services you have engaged us for.
  • Maintaining the security and performance of our website.
  • Measuring aggregated, anonymous traffic to improve our content.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami) that does not use third-party cookies and does not track users across websites. Analytics scripts only load after you give consent via the cookie banner.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or contacting us directly.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services to operate, market, and improve our website:

  • Google Ads & Google Ads API — for advertising campaigns and reporting. Google may collect data subject to its own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics / Google Search Console — for traffic measurement and SEO performance.
  • Umami Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
  • Hosting & email providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Workspace) — for infrastructure and communication.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. Meta processes your data under its own Privacy Policy.

Each third party operates as an independent data controller or processor and is bound by its own privacy terms.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Your consent (cookies, analytics, marketing).
  • The performance of a contract (when you hire us for a project).
  • Our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, improving our services).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, taxes).

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: contact data for up to 3 years after our last interaction, billing data for 10 years as required by French law, and analytics data in anonymized form.

8. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union or under equivalent safeguards. We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, encryption at rest, access controls). Despite these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g., Google, Meta, Vercel) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.

10. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
  • Request portability of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@mbsops.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
